How do I setup my Mac email in Microsoft Outlook 2011?

  1. Click Tools, and then click Accounts.

  3. Click E-mail Account.

  5. In the E-mail Address field, enter your full email address.
  6. In the Password field, enter your email password.
  7. In the User name field, enter your full email address.
  8. Select your server type and enter your Incoming POP or IMAP Server.

  10. Enter an incoming server port:

    IMAP

    without SSL - 143
    with SSL - 993

    POP3

    without SSL - 110
    with SSL - 995

    NOTE: Click Override default port to change the default port.

  11. Select Use SSL to connect if you are using a port with SSL.
  12. Select your server type and enter your Outgoing POP or IMAP Server. This is the information you noted from Workspace Webmail.
  13. Enter an outgoing server port:
    Without SSL - one of the following: 25, 80, 3535
    With SSL - 465

    NOTE: Click Override default port to change the default port.

  14. Mac Outlook 2011
  15. Select Use SSL to connect if you are using a port with SSL.
  16. Click Add Account.
  17. Click More Options.
  18. From the Authentication menu, select Use Incoming Server Info.
  19. Click OK.
